Vitel Wireless, a fast-growing telecom innovation company, has launched a nationwide communication service designed to make business connectivity more affordable and reliable.

The launch, held on Tuesday, drew business leaders and industry professionals who witnessed how Vitel’s platform blends traditional GSM and cloud technology to create a smart communication network.

Executive Chairman, Engr. Kenneth Nwabueze, described the service as “a growth engine for businesses,” saying it helps organisations cut communication costs while staying secure and connected.Through its Closed User Group (CUG), Vitel offers free internal calls and SMS for up to 50 users, discounted data, 24-hour auto attendants, staff extensions, and safety tools powered by its SecureMe and Oga-App platforms.Head of Product Marketing, Chiobi Ben Odera, said the new system enables real-time staff tracking, SOS alerts, automated payroll, and performance analytics — all aimed at helping teams communicate and perform better.

The event also featured live demonstrations of SecureMe and Oga-App, underscoring Vitel’s push for smarter, safer, and more connected workplaces across Nigeria.
